Can TERRAMAR be applied to the soil?

TERRAMAR is intended for foliar application in row crops. For a soil-applied broadcast application, EXTRACT PBA is a more suitable option, while ACCOMPLISH MAX is more suitable if making a liquid in-furrow or 2x2 application.
