With Accomplish LM, is the rate on root crops like potatoes higher than on row crops like corn and soybeans?

Accomplish LM is applied at 1 to 2 quarts per acre in furrow at planting. The higher rate (2 quarts/acre) is recommended for root crops like potatoes. Accomplish MAX is also applied at these same rates.
